Kat is one of our oldest friends. She is a kind, generous person and a loving mother. She suffers from an aggressive brain tumour called a Glioblastoma.

To battle this Kat has been through several rounds of chemotherapy and radiotherapy at the John Radcliffe Hospital here in Oxford, and endured major brain surgery - all while her two-year-old son Jacob has been growing up.

For the past 12 months Kat has been on a medical trial which up until now had been holding back to the tumour, but it’s growing again. Now the time has come for us to really fight to find Kat's cure with DCVAX - an experimental treatment. To create this surgeons will remove as much of the tumour as possible and create a bespoke vaccine which is engineered to attack the very cells is has been created from. It's a fully-personalised vaccine that attacks the cancer, but it’s not cheap and we desperately need your help.

Kat's friends and family need to raise £90,000 to pay for #KatsCure. They have already raised a significant amount of money, but they need all the help they can get. This online raffle is our way of supporting this cause, and we hope the people of Oxford can help us.

Taking part in the raffle is really easy - you just need to select the number of tickets that you want at the bottom of this page, and then give your credit card details. It is very secure and simple to use. The raffle will be drawn on 30 November and we'll get in touch with the winners at that point.

There are some amazing prizes up for grabs, and all the details can be found on this page. They include:

- A stay in a countryside barn
- Handmade jewellery and pottery
- Romantic meal at the Cherwell Boathouse
- Pub lunch at the General Eliott
- Illustration print
- Professional photoshoot
- Wine
- Chocolate

We'd like to thank all of the generous local businesses and some of our extremely talented friends who have donated iterms to make this raffle possible.

Thank you all in advance for supporting this cause which is very close to our hearts.
