I'm very interested in learning about different cultures.  It's interesting that people all over the world make progress by learning to communicate & cooperate with each another.  Leaders are people who express the interests & concerns of those they represent.  

Different cultures create different rules & social structures to create leadership opportunities.

Who can be a leader?   I think it's worth wondering...
