We are raising funds to open the Gatsby Pet Rescue Center. We want to secure a location with a large 1400sq foot yard. This will be the temporary home for the rescued animals until they unite with a loving, caring family. Your financial support will help to secure the location and help with operational expenses.
The Gatsby Pet Rescue Center will house rescued pets from over flooded shelters from New York and New Jersey. The rescued dogs will go through behavioral training and learn basics of sit, come, stay. Our ultimate goal will to have every adoptable pet be trained and certified as Emotional Support Animals and Therapy Animals before adoption for those in need of emotional support or for veterans in need for Support for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
We will start with Dogs and expand to other animals as we grow. Our pets are not just pets, they are a family member to us and they give us unconditional love, playfulness, and positive influence in our lives.
