Our non-profit corporation is based in the North Central region of West Virginia and is completely self-supporting.  We provide animal rescue services through our foster-based program, which includes the spaying and neutering of each animal that we rescue.  In addition, we provide low-cost spay and neuter assistance to the general public.  We are a 100% volunteer-based rescue group, and use fundraisers such as this one, to financially support our animal rescue and spay/neuter support efforts.
