Help Us: East Hill Aviation Foundation enables aspiring pilots to achieve their dream. The Foundation provides Scholarships to support learning to fly at East Hill Flying Club in Ithaca, NY (KITH)

This year's raffle honors the memory of long-time East Hill Flying Club member and East Hill Aviation Foundation contributor, Marian Cutting. Earlier this year, Marian passed away after a long and wonderful life that included giving back much to our community. In 1977, as a 50th birthday present, her husband and pilot, R. Davis Cutting gave her flying lessons. She quickly got her license and flew regularly for over 35 years! She and Dave traveled throughout the "lower 48", Canada, and also did an Alaska trip in their airplane. Marian also was a long time member and volunteer at East Hill Flying Club, mentoring and inspiring girls and women (men, too) to get involved with and really enjoy the wonders of flight.


Proceeds will go to support the "Marian Cutting Women's Aviation Scholarship" as well as the other scholarships and programs of East Hill Aviation Foundation.


Grand Prize - A $7,500 aviation credit that you can apply toward learning to fly or improving your

existing skills at East Hill Flying Club in Ithaca, NY (KITH). 


2nd Prize – “Lucky Seven” – Any combination of up to Seven Hours of dual flight instruction, aircraft rental,

and/or membership at East Hill Flying Club with a value of $1,200.


3rd Prize – Apple iPad mini with Retina Display, Wi-Fi and Cellular - $529 Value


Basic Rules

  • Purchases limited to those 18 years or older.
  • Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
  • Grand Prize winner or designee must meet FAA requirements.
  • Winners will be chosen by a random drawing at the East Hill Flying Club Father's Day Fly-In Breakfast in the early afternoon of Sunday June 19, 2016 at the East Hill Flying Club at the Ithaca-Tompkins Regional Airport in Ithaca, NY (KITH).
  • Ticket holders need NOT be present to win.  We will notify all winners.
  • Purchase as many entry tickets as you want -- no limit.
  • Entries accepted between May 8, 2016 and up to 15 minutes prior to the drawing.
  • Purchase tickets online or in person from representatives of East Hill Aviation Foundation or East Hill Flying Club.
