The most impressive part about the Movember campaign at PepsiCo is the speed at which it has grown. We have found a campaign that is more than just having a little fun growing facial hair; we have found a campaign that is rooted in something common to all of us – the need for a healthy lifestyle. It is a safe environment for us to exchange jabs and shots at each other’s mustaches, but in the end, it allows us to be more open about the importance of our health now, and in the future.
