Want to win a trip to a luxurious Tuscan villa, attend cooking classes, and experience the Italian countryside? All while meeting three of your favorite bloggers?

The proceeds of this raffle will benefit the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund. The Fund defends the rights of small family farmers to produce and sell nutrient dense foods directly to consumers, and is on the front line in the battle to protect consumer access to raw milk.

In an effort to raise $100,000 for the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund, we've organized a wide variety of prizes to ensure that EVERYONE'S a winner!

GRAND PRIZE TUSCAN GETAWAY

This is an out-of-this-world dream opportunity to meet three of your favorite bloggers, expand your culinary horizons by taking a class in Italian cooking, and take a break from the hectic pace of life.  You and a guest will join Jenny McGruther of Nourished Kitchen, Kristen Michaelis of Food Renegade and Sarah Pope of The Healthy Home Economist for a weeklong culinary getaway to Tuscany.

This will be a traditional foods culinary getaway that you are sure to remember for some time to come.

You'll start the week off with an authentic Italian welcome dinner, then move right into fresh pasta making with Carla (owner of Jovial Foods and your hostess at the family's Lucca villa), her family and Jovial’s local pasta artisans.

Einkorn sourdough bread baking will be your main focus for the week, with one in-depth class and preparation and explanations all week long.

You will also learn to prepare traditional Italian foods as well as how simple delicious cooking can be with carefully selected seasonal vegetables, heritage meat, and fresh fish.

If winning this raffle prize, you agree and acknowledge that you are participating in the events and activities of your own free and intentional will. You acknowledge this freely and knowingly and that you are, as a result, able to participate in said events and hereby assume responsibility for your own well-being. You and your guest must have an active and unexpired passport for travel. Use the form below to purchase raffle tickets by no later than September 7th, 2015 at midnight PST. Everyone age 18 and older and flying within the continental U.S. is eligible to enter except for residents in the states of New York, Rhode Island and Florida. No purchase necessary to enter or win (although we *do* appreciate your financial support of the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund).  To enter without buying raffle tickets, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth, the date of the drawing, and description of the prize(s) on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund, RE: Tuscany Raffle, 8116 Arlington Blvd, Ste. 263, Falls Church, VA 22042. It must be postmarked no later than September 1, 2015. Limit: 1 entry per envelope. Winner will be announced no later than Wednesday, November 9th, 2015.
