We are offering the opportunity to win this custom made GTR  “Chicago Way” guitar. Proceeds will help fund the expansion of our shop and studios. At GTR we offer private music lessons and classes in guitar and amp building and repair. We work with local non-profits to provide these opportunities to children of low income families. We have outgrown our current space and need to expand so that we can continue to offer these services.

The guitar is a clone of one that we made for Chicago bluesman Toronzo Cannon. Toronzo is the blues ambassador for the city of Chicago, and has traveled the world with his “Chicago Way” guitar. This guitar was used to record Mr. Cannon’s newest album on Alligator records, which is set to be released this fall. We are planning to have Toronzo draw the winning ticket and autograph the guitar at a show on October 1, 2019 -  Bluesday Tuesday with Toronzo Cannon at FitzGerald's in Berwyn.
