The money we raise does two things:
1. Supports clinical research costs for childhood cancer.
2. Supports families of kids with cancer.

The Ishan Gala Foundation was formed in September 2008 by Mayank and Sejal Gala after the devastating loss of their precious son Ishan to the relentless childhood cancer neuroblastoma. IGF is dedicated to the fight against pediatric cancer and the board has committed their efforts to help those in the fight and fund research initiatives essential to finding a cure.

Our handprint logo is a replica of Ishan’s print he left on his bedroom wall. It signifies the impression he left on all of us, and the beginning of a journey to help others never feel the same pain his family felt upon hearing the words "there is nothing more we can do for your child".   We believe that one day no parent will never again have to hear those terrifying words.
