C.A.R.E.’s mission is to eliminate the endless cycle of pet overpopulation and neglect that exists in our country by creating an increased level of community awareness. C.A.R.E. headquarters are located at our 155 acre facility where we provide rescue services, no-kill shelter facilities, medical care, socialization and adoption opportunities for dogs, cats and horses.  C.A.R.E. also provides spay/neuter programs for pet owners in financial need and community outreach education to schools, organizations and groups.
