Your Wig On Boutique;
along with the American Cancer Society, and Ms. Willa Kennedy, creator of Ms. Willa's World are
collaborating to bring Cancer Awareness to Huntington, WV. Just in time for the holidays, Get Your Wig On Boutique will
be hosting a “Get
Your Wig On Hair Sew-In Party”
to bring funding support and real-hair wig donations to local cancer
patients and The American Cancer Society Wig Bank. The fundraiser
will be held on Saturday
December 14, 2013 at Pullman Plaza Hotel from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The event will provide members of our community an opportunity to
celebrate cancer survivors by providing Free Celebrity High Quality Wigs, Free Professional Celebrity Wig Applications and Free Salon Services along with raising funds
for treatment/cure of the disease in support of our local chapter of
the American Cancer Society.
During
the fundraiser, Get
Your Wig On Boutique
has secured Celebrity Stylist Willa Kennedy, Professional Wig
Applicator, Tre’ Benet, Platform Artist, Carlette Neal and Master Stylist, Dawn Houchins to apply,
cut and style the wigs that have been generously donated to promote the
empowerment of women and enhance the self esteem of women with cancer.
Help us spread some cheer this holiday season by giving back to the community and making the holidays bright!
**All ticket donations for the Charity Event, minus expenses will go towards woman with cancer to receive Wigs, Salon Services and
The American Cancer Society's Wig Bank. Your donation will help women
with hair loss due to cancer treatments receive a free wig and free
salon services. Salon Services include but not limited to: cut, style,
wig applications
