Our goal is raising money to put up exterior lighting outside the school and covering the parking lots that will guide students, their families, teachers, staff and guests safely into and out of our facility.  This safety necessity has been quoted @ $20,000 and would be implemented over the summer prior to the school year upon completion of funds.

LOGISTICS:

The raffle will be run from April 8th until May 10th culminating at our Family Bar B Q which starts just after school.  ALL ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.

ANYONE CAN PARTICIPATE

Go online and buy pit balls online (see link below) or visit our front desk M-F 9AM - 3PM.

We will write your name on the ball and place it in the container. If you submit your email to [email protected] , we will send you a picture showing you of your ball, your name written on it, and your assigned number.

Weekly we will stir the pit balls around just to ensure total opportunity to all.

The Raffle begins:   Friday, April 8th 8AM
The Raffle ends:      Tuesday, May 10th  NOON

WHEN AND HOW DO WE PICK THE WINNERS

The Fire Truck will be at WBCA @ 3PM and will figure out how to hoist the Pit Balls (our goal is 3000 balls)  to the top of the extension ladder.

Dr. Clarkson (Headmaster) will use a bullhorn @ 3:45PM to release the Pit Balls from the top of the ladder.

Upon release and final movement has ended, Dr. Clarkson and an assistant will walk around and determine  the pit balls closest to the goals.

Winners will be verbally announced and students will be asked to pick up the Pit Balls and place them in containers.   Once the field is cleared, a Family and Student BarBQ will take place as well as fun and games on the field.  All are invited.

ALL Winners will be notified via email, phone, website and Facebook on May 11th.

**  WINNERS NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO BE AWARDED THE PRIZE.
