This year we have several things that we want to achieve that have long been our goals since we started.
1. We want to be able to provide death benefits to the families of fallen Heroes. In 2014 we created over 200 memorials and it would be nice to have the funds to give each family when their Hero passes away. With your help we can make this happen.
2. In the past with Operation 12.24, we were able to secure free hotel rooms for officers and firefighters to attend the funerals of those Heroes killed in the Line of Duty. It is our hope to expand upon that mission by providing travel and hotel accommodations for at least 2 members from any department that would like to attend a funeral. With your help we can make this happen.
3. We are planning on expanding the items we have in our store to hopefully make these goals a possibility and welcome support, partnership and sponsorship from other businesses and organizations to help make this happen.
4. One thing that we have not been able to do is be able to meet personally with many of the survivors we talk with on the phone or in email and it is our hope to be able to attend Police Week and the National Firefighter Memorial where we will be on site to meet and greet you all.
5. Finally, it is our hope Heroes Memorial Foundation becomes your number one non-profit organization that does whatever is needed to Honor our Heroes Better.
Heroes Memorial Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to Honoring our Heroes better. Founded in April of 2013 by Jon Folbrecht, with the purpose of creating, maintaining and assisting with memorials for fallen heroes. Since then, the mission is ever expanding and has formed two divisions, H.E.R.O.E.S. Helping Emergency Responders Overcome Extreme Situations and Operation 12.24.
