The mission of the Kelly Community Organization, Inc. is to preserve the character of our neighborhood by creating a safe and prepared community through participation, preparation and education; to create a social environment that encourages neighbors to interact, be friendly, courteous, and helpful citizens.

We have adopted a five year goal of creating a Kelly Park & Community Center complete with a Learning Center that will be available for tutoring of adults and school children.

The proceeds from this raffle are for this purpose and we hope that you will join us!

The raffle will actually be held on August 22, 2015 at the Kelly Little Green Men Days festival.  You are not required to be there to win.

Official Rules: Rules: Must be 18 years of age to participate (ID may be required). Need not be present to win. Drawing at 6:00PM August 22 2015 during Kelly "Little Green Men" Days festival. Prize is not transferable to any other person or
organization. No cash will be  awarded. Prize must be claimed within 30 days from date of drawing.
