Every day in the United States an alarming rate of 22 veterans a day are committing suicide due to PTSD, TBI, Depression, Financial struggles, personal/family issues, divorce..the list goes on. We owe it to these heroes to pay it forward by shedding light on this horrible statistic.
On October 24th, 2015 a group of combat veterans will hike 22kilometers with 22kilograms of weight on their backs to bring awareness to their community. They want to let their brothers and sisters in arms know that they are not alone and that we will always have their backs. The hike will serve two purposes to bring therapy to combat veterans, whom at one point in there lives put alot of weight on their backs and marched as a unit, the other purpose is to bring awareness.
Your proceeds will go towards funding the event by providing T-shirts for the participants, shuttle services and provide snacks and drinks throughout the day.
Thank you for your support!
