Help Us: This fundraiser is to aid Lisa Perez with medical expenses related to several major surgeries, the complications that arose and an extended hospital stay due to her diabetes and the severity of her condition.

1. The winner will be drawn on Friday, September 4, 2015.
2. The winner will receive a $300 gift certificate to use towards the purchase of a tattoo.
3. If your tattoo costs more than $300, you will be responsible for payment of the remaining balance.
4. The winner must make an appointment with Chris Ayala at Scorpion Studios in Houston, Texas.
5. Chris Ayala will not travel to the winner.
