Each year, the Brothers of the Southern Maryland Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in conjunction with John Lancaster & W. Cecil Short Foundation, conduct a raffle as our major fundraiser for scholarships. Last year we raised just over $13,000, and our goal this year, with your assistance, is $25,000.
