This Raffle is to raise funds to provide a memorial monument/place for the family and parents of Joseph Kowtko Jr in honor of their son that passed away on April 4th from his fight with cancer.  Our family will also provide funds but the point of this raffle is to make his mark in this world through a memorial by showing the strength of how people can come together in the time of sadness and show the goodness and true meaning of the circle of life. He was a good man, brother, husband, father, son and friend full of life that would do anything for a stranger.  

The raffle will allow us to show the strength and power of giving and how we stand as one in the fight against cancer showing Joe's parents that their son will be missed dearly to all. Lives that will not be forgotten from the loss of cancer.

Monument may be a bench, statue, garden, depending on the amount raised. Result will be shared with all.
