The Saltfleet Stoney Creek Girls 1999 Black (Explosion) Team is about to embark on a new season! For over 6 years this team has earned a spot at the highest level of competition in Ontario and has been invited to compete at International Showcases . Recent highlights of the team’s accomplishments include the Ontario Cup Championship 2014, and Disney Showcase Finalists 2015.

This team is made up of a special group of young women who are not only highly skilled soccer athletes, they are committed students and community leaders. The level of play they have achieved is only attainable with sacrifice, discipline and hard work. Many of our players are sought after to play at Varsity Level and some have aspirations to pursue a spot on the Canadian National Team.

Supporting these athletes will not only support their athletic experience, it will facilitate the growth of strong women in our community. This level of competition requires year round extensive training both on and off the pitch, and travel throughout North America. Our major expenses include team registration for the Club, tournaments and rental facilities for off season, physical and technical training, clinics, sports nutrition and education, team gear, track suits and practice jerseys.

The team is competing in the OYSL league, The Ontario Cup and a number of International Showcases.  We hope to end our season at the Canadian National Championship.
