In rural Uganda, where School for Life is based, there is no electricity, no running water and no healthcare. Children face significant barriers to accessing an education, with 44% of Ugandan children not completing primary school. For girls the outlook is even more bleak, with 4 in 5 girls who enrol in primary school not progressing to high school. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a sustainable learning environment for some of the world’s most vulnerable children and arguably one of the most important investments you will ever make.
