The purpose of this raffle is to raise money for The Hephzibah House and Donations for Dress-Up. The Hephzibah House is a group foster home in Oak Park, IL that deals with many of Illinois' most tragic foster care cases. The money raised at this event will be used to purchase new furniture for their group home facility. Donations for Dress-Up (DFDU) is a charity that hosts and organizes Halloween parties at local homeless shelters, battered women and children's shelters and group foster homes. DFDU also provides Halloween costumes to children living in these facilities as well as other Illinois children in need.
