Joe Lindsey, a founding member of the MidCon Chapter of the AADE and current owner of Superior Supervaks, fell deathly ill while visiting Mexico with his wife.  Joe was diagnosed with Pancreatitis but the facility in Mexico was unable to treat him properly and his body became septic.  An industry colleague was able to arrange a private medivac out of Mexico where he was transported to MD Anderson hospital in Houston where he spent 36 days and the doctors were able to get him stable and save his life!  When he was stable enough, he was transferred by medivac to Mercy hospital in Okc where he spent 15 days getting stronger.  He then was transferred to Jim Thorp Rehabilitation Center in Okc where he stayed for 8 days and was release to go home where he continues to have physical therapy 3 days a week.

We are so very grateful that Joe is still with us today and have agreed to donate the efforts of the AADE MidCon Chapter board to help raise funds to deter some of the medical expenses Joe has incurred.
