Living rent/mortgage free for a month can potentially stop an eviction or foreclosure, allow the winner to create a savings, pay off another bill, settle a missed payment, or put you in a position to stop living paycheck to paycheck. Chambers of the Heart (COTH) is working very hard to restore hope and financial freedom in the community.

OFFICIAL RULES:
  • The winner must provide proof of rent or mortgage statement and a copy of a government issued I.D. 
  • All rent or mortgage payments made by Chambers of the Heart are paid directly to the rental office or mortgage company of the winner.  
  • If the winner has multiple properties, Chambers of the Heart will ONLY pay rent OR mortgage for ONE of those properties.
  •  Chambers of the Heart will pay ONE, regular monthly payment, not to include any late fees, or additional fees.
  • At this time we cannot pay rent/mortgage for anyone not listed as the head of household.
The drawing will take place Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 10:00am at which time the winner will be randomly selected and announced through social media, phone and/or email.

  • Financial Advice from Independence Bank

    A financial adviser will offer free advice on money management, savings, etc. The winner should strongly consider using the rent/mortgage payment that he/she would normally make towards an area that would create advancement for him/her. For example: an extra rent/mortgage payment to put him/her ahead in payments, or in a savings account, or pay off a bill, etc.
