Man & Woman of the Year is a spirited ten-week fundraising competition among a select group of individuals in the community. Candidates and their teams compete in honor of local children who are blood cancer survivors.

About Charles:

Charles R. Everett Jr., Executive Director of the Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority, currently resides with his wife Jean in Easton, PA.  He retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserve in 2008.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies with a concentration in Transportation Planning from the College of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania.  He participates in various organizations including the American Association of Airport Executives and Airports Council International – North America.  In his free time, Charles likes to read and travel.  When he became aware of the programs, initiatives and contributions of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, he decided to become a part of this year’s campaign.

    Winner is guaranteed at least $1000, but we predict totals much higher!
