CIM GOLF BALL DROP

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Purchase a ticket ($10 each or 5 for $45)
• On June 5th, golf balls with numbers corresponding to the raffle tickets will be dropped via helicopter at the CIM Golf Outing being held at Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, MA. 
• The first ball landing in the designated golf hole will win (or the ball closest to the hole if there is no hole-in-one).
• The winner will be contacted and announced at the Dinner & Awards Reception.
• Ticket holders do not have to be present to win.
•  WINNER WILL RECEIVE A MINIMUM OF $1,000! GRAND PRIZE JACKPOT WILL INCREASE WITH TICKET SALES.

• Please purchase tickets through this website.
• Ticket sales will be restricted to 1500 tickets.
• If not sold out, tickets may be purchased at Pinehills GC on June 5th until 10:00 am. 

• Proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer's Association.
• TEAM CIM will participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's again this fall. To kick start fundraising, proceeds from this raffle will be donated directly to TEAM CIM at alz.org.
