All entries will be made by computer. Participants must enter personal contact information and process their payment. By doing so participants will be purchasing the rights to use all media ready material on the Grand Prize web site. By purchasing said rights of use entrants will be automatically entered in to drawing. The Grand Prize winner will win his/her choice of the Real Property where said photos were taken OR a cash prize of $1,000,000.00. The drawing will be by random draw software.
Raffle promoters, employees, officers or directors are not responsible for lost or stolen entries. Raffle entries will be disqualified at the sole discretion of “Dream Home Photography, INC” if attempts are made to disrupt the raffle or circumvent the official rules. The Raffle numbers are not redeemable or assignable and have no cash value. All winners are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes that may apply. Taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prizes will be awarded. Odd of winning will be 1 in 25,000 or better.
The winners will be selected by a random pick computer software. Said drawing will be held on a cruise ship in international waters. The winner will be selected from all eligible entries. The result of this random drawing is final and binding. The winner will be notified by phone or email. Which notification shall be determined by the sole discretion of “Dream Home Photography”. The winner will be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, an alternate winner will be selected.
Dream Home Photography, INC reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this raffle should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the raffle. In the event that the photo rights sold does not produce a minimum number of use of photo rights sold to award the real property Grand Prize, an alternate drawing will be instituted. The alternate drawing will be for a cash prize of $100,000.00. A minimum of 20,000 use of photo rights must be sold in order to institute the alternate drawing. Alternate drawing will still include 5 winners at $2,000.00 each.
This Raffle is not open to employees, officers, or directors of Dream Home Photography, INC. Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
