This raffle has been created to help out a special little boy named Billy Pipes. In this raffle you will be purchasing tickets which will be numbered and sent to your email address, it is vital that you keep these safe. in the raffle you will be in with a chance to win one of the magnificent prizes that are on offer and featured below.. Now these prizes are really spectacular because they were hand made with love by DrOfWelshMagic and his lovely wife Karen. There are no restrictions on this raffle, you can buy as many or as few of the tickets as you please. Olivia and Billy IV, are the proud parents of Billy. .Now Billy was born with a congenital heart defect on August 15, 2016. Though we found out while we were pregnant that Billy would be born with a heart defect, we knew that we would have a long road ahead of us. But regardless, we would do what we had to do to make sure our son would have the best fighting chance.
Billy was born with 4 holes in his heart. He was born with what is called VSD (Ventricular septal defect) and ASD (Atrial septal defect). Billy was in heart failure and classified with failure to thrive. And his open heart surgery was on October 14, 2016.
The surgery was very expensive as you can imagine. Though Billy and I both work very hard and being on Maternity leave the past 6 months taking care of our son has taken a toll on us financially. Billy's father works 7 days a week and I work 5 days a week and also I have a part time job.
Our son has another surgery in May. Any donation would go directly for medical bills.
The prize on offer is a beautifully hand made nappy hamper. The winner will get to choose whatever design they like, and also get to choose the colour and decide on personalisation. Maybe your wife or girlfriend is expecting or a close family member or friend. This would make the ideal gift for any expecting mother. Your prize will be expertly wrapped and packaged and sent to you as soon as it has been made after the live draw. Also DrOfWelshMagic has said that if the winner is expecting twins or would like the gift for twins then to specify when the winner is announced and he will make 2 of the hampers as the prize. Fingers crossed we sell as many tickets as possible and if we reach a high amount DrOfWelshMagic has said that we will announce NOT ONE but TWO winners from the live draw.
