This raffle is to assist Michelle Doty and David Palacios with funeral costs associated with the unexpected passing of their son David Palacios Jr.  The concert is CLASSIC 99 BLOCK PARTY: BRET MICHAELS W/ GREAT WHITE & SLAUGHTER.  It is at the Hard Rock Casino in Sioux City, IA on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 7:30pm.  The raffle is for 2 general admission tickets.
