American Legion Post 318 of Brandon, SD is holding our Annual 52 Week Cash Raffle for 2018-19. 
This raffle will go for 52 weeks. Our first drawing will be 27th September, 2018 at the VFW Hall in Brandon, SD.  
We are raising money this year to help with our Building fund. 
 
There are 58 chances to win for $40 or save money by buying more tickets. 
 
Payouts are: 
 
52 x $100 
2 x $500 or PUFL (American Legion or Auxiliary Paid Up For Life memberships) 
4 x $250 
 
 
American Legion Post 318, Brandon, SD raffle rules: 
 
1. This is a Raffle – not a contest. 100% of the money raised goes to our Post Building Fund. 
2. It is not valid in any capacity if it is illegal where you live. You must verify that it is legal, not us, before you buy a Raffle Ticket. 
3. The Raffle is also not valid outside of the USA. Void where prohibited by law. 
4. You can buy as many raffle tickets as you wish. Tickets are $40.00 each (5 for $175, 10 for $300), You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this raffle. 
5. Every ticket will be issued with a discrete number assigned by the raffle program and that number is not repeated. So if you buy more than one ticket, each will have a different number on it. 
6. The actual ticket number will be emailed to the email address you provide. 
7. We are not responsible for any lost or misdirected email. 
8. Once you have a ticket number you will have that number for all 52 drawings for the weekly raffles plus the 6 Grand Prize drawings. 
9. If you do not receive your raffle tickets via email within 24 hours after purchase, then you should call us at (605-215-1083). 
10. After all 500 tickets are sold, no more tickets will be sold. Anyone that buys a ticket after the 500 tickets have been sold, will have their purchase fully refunded. 
11. We aren’t responsible if your purchase cannot be processed because we’ve already sold the last ticket. 
12. The first drawing will be on the 4th September 2018 most of the drawings will be held on the first Tuesday of the month.
