Jackson "Jack" H. Graham, son of Conner and Kendall Graham, was born on May 4, 2017 and diagnosed 4 days later with Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), a hole in the heart. Jack will undergo open heart surgery on October 6, 2017 at Children's National Hospital in D.C. to repair the 7 mm hole.  Surgery will last around two hours and he will remain in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit for two weeks. Next he will move to a private room where he will stay for another 5 days before heading home. His VSD doesn't know it yet, but it's in for a #Jackattack!  Jack you are loved!!
