Win a custom child playhouse by supporting Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Galveston County! Provide a special voice for abused and neglected children in our community. Every day children by no fault of their own enter the uncertainty of the foster care system. A CASA is appointed by the court to see that the safety and well-being of these children is a priority. Your support of the CASAs for CASA Playhouse Raffle will provide this specialized voice to these vulnerable children.
PLAYHOUSE WINNERS GUIDELINES:
- Winners will be drawn on August 4, 2018
- Winners do not need to be present to win.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone on August 4, 2018 and are asked to respond by Monday, August 6, 2018 by 5:00pm. Winners will be asked to fax or email the Playhouse Winner. Claim form to CASA of Galveston County. Form will be provided to winner. If no response is received by Tuesday, August 7, at 9:00am, a second winning ticket will be drawn.
- Playhouses must be delivered no later than Wednesday, August 7, 2018.
- The winner agrees to be responsible for all applicable income taxes for the prize(s) won
- Delivery of the playhouse is FREE to the winner, with the following conditions:
- Delivery will be made to the winners driveway.
- Delivery must be within 40 miles radius of the display location
- Delivery does not include additional set up devices such as fence removal, etc.
- The winner agrees to hold the delivery company, builder and CASA of Galveston County free from any liability for any damages to property or person.
