Collection of Photography Gear

Her Campaign a 501(c)(3) charitable organization is operating a raffle through rafflecreator.com for a collection of photography gear that is valued at $31,552.

Tickets are available for $100 each and will be limited to 500 tickets sold. The sale of raffle tickets will begin on November 10, 2017 and end when the 500th ticket is sold.*

Her Campaign (hercampaign.org) is 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Billings, MT that desires to propel an uprising against modern day slavery through awareness, community, and restoration for victims of trauma.

Sales of raffle tickets will be conducted primarily online through rafflecreator.com, though a limited number of tickets may be purchased in person at MoAv Coffee House at 2501 Montana Avenue, Billings, MT 59101.

Raffle Creator (rafflecreator.com) will randomly select a winner when the 500th raffle ticket is sold.* Her Campaign will notify the winner live via Facebook Live within one week (7 days) of the drawing. Raffle Creator will provide records of all entries, with will be saved by Her Campaign for 12 months as required by Montana state law. 

The winner will also be announced on Her Campaign’s website and Facebook page (hercampaign.org and facebook.com/hercampaign). This is a raffle – not a contest. All of the proceeds from the raffle with be used by the charitable organization, Her Campaign, Inc. to provide housing for victims of sexual exploitation and trafficking.  

This raffle is not valid in any capacity if it is illegal where you live. You must verify that it is legal, not us, before you buy a raffle ticket. The raffle is also not valid outside of the USA. Void where prohibited by law. By Montana law, you must pay with cash or debit, credit card transactions are prohibited. 

Any eligible individual 18 years of age or older can purchase as many raffle tickets as they choose. Tickets are $100.00 each. 

Those ineligible to participate are individuals employed by, on the board of, or directly involved in the day to day operations of Her Campaign or Raffle Creator. Immediate family members of ineligible individuals are also forbidden to participate in the raffle. 

Individuals who are not legal residents in the 48 contiguous United States of America are ineligible. 

Each ticket will be issued with a unique number assigned by Raffle Creator. 

After purchase you ticket and unique number will be sent to you by Raffle Creator. We are not responsible for any lost or misdirected email. If you do not receive your raffle tickets via email within 24 hours after purchase, then you should contact Raffle Creator.

Only 500 tickets will be sold. Anyone who purchases a ticket after 500 have been sold will have their purchase refunded. We are not responsible if your purchase cannot be processed because all 500 tickets are sold. Nor are we responsible for purchases not able to be completed on Raffle Creator. 

The prize can be transferred, the winner must be an eligible individual 18 years of age or older  and located in the 48 contiguous United States of America, except in select states where laws prohibit online raffles. 

There is no cash option – you win the prize – not cash. 
All taxes and other fees or expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Appropriate reporting to the winner and IRS will be provided in accordance to state laws in Montana and federal laws. 

Entry grants permission for Her Campaign to use the winners name for future promotions and publicity purposes without compensation except where prohibited by law. The winner must sign a hold harmless contract, publicity, media and photo releases, etc.

The prize must be accepted within 45 days of the drawing.

If the winner declines acceptance of the prize, Her Campaign will request that Raffle Creator randomly select a new winner. 

These official raffle rules are subject to the interpretation of Her Campaign and Raffle Creator.

*If 500 tickets are not sold by May 10, 2018 the drawing will take place before midnight that same day as it is the official draw date.
