This Dreamcatcher Canoe was handcrafted by Ruben Ricks to support North Carolina families in need this season.  Fabricated from oak, clear yellow pine and maple woods, this single-person craft is both sturdy and agile. The stringers, ribs and stems are all hand-tied with artificial sinew and reinforced with bamboo dowels. The skin is a dacron fiber, coated with a two-part polyurethane. Tough-as-nails and weighing-in at 26 lbs, these "Dreamcatcher Boats" handle like a melody over water.  Support good craft and a good cause!
