Meet our sweet Hazel. She just turned 4! She and her twin brother were born at 27 weeks. A couple weeks after, Hazel’s small intestines burst resulting in emergency surgery to save her life. After 4 surgeries and 6 months in the NICU she was diagnosed with  Periventricular leukomalacia (PVL), Cerebral Palsy and some vision problems. She will be receiving her wheelchair in January​​ (which is all controlled by her head!) She is AMAZING, but we have no way to transport it! We need to modify our vehicle to hold this fantastic wheelchair. ​The cost is about $3,000. ​Please help Hazel become independent AND get a little richer this MONTH (perfect, right​?​)  Thank you and Merry Christmas!!
