• A Weekend in Bath for up to 5 people (no pets)

  

  
  Our warm, light-filled flat overlooks central Bath, and it could be yours for the weekend! 
  There are two double rooms and one single, parking is free for 1 car, and it’s a 5 minute walk down the hill to the centre. You’d arrive on Friday and leave on Sunday. If you win this and already live in Bath, perhaps you would like to give it to a trusted friend?
  
  

• Your Kitchen Deep Cleaned!

  

  Mum and l will take out all the contents of your kitchen cupboards, throw away anything out of date, clean the shelves, all surfaces and the floor, then clean the fridge. (We won’t do the oven, though, as that’s a bit specialist!)

• A Cook and Waitress for Your Dinner Party

  

  Mummy and I will prepare, cook, serve, clear and wash-up a 3-Course dinner for up to 8 people at your table. We’ll discuss menus with you (you’ll reimburse us for the ingredients) and make sure you and your guests are delighted with the results.

  I will come to your house at around 7pm, look after your children until midnight, and then be picked up by Mum when you get home. 

2 Large Jars (c. 3kg) of Handmade Organic Malted Nut Granola



This is our freshly-made organic granola, made using a whole jar of malt extract (full of B vitamins!), and with honey, almonds, cashews, walnuts and Brazil nuts, pumpkin, sunflower, ground flax seeds and Duchy oats. 

50 Wafer-thin Brandy Snaps delivered in a Tin



These delicate, gingery, crunchy snaps we make are apparently legendary. 50 will be delivered to you or someone else you love within a 10-mile radius of Bath (Brandy snaps don’t like travelling too far as they break, and they do need eating within a couple of days if they are to retain the full crunch!)

6 Loaves of Organic, Oven-Fresh Bread



All our bread includes a large bowl of fruit or vegetable purée, and are organic. So, you’ll get sweet potato focaccia, fennel and pear rye bread, Braeburn white loaf (above), malted granary and parsnip, spelt and carrot rosemary ciabatta, or something else - beetroot and beer, perhaps. You get the idea. Eat it warm with jam, put it in the freezer, slice it, bake it and cover it with herby salad.

Your Bathroom(s?) Deep Cleaned!



I will come to your house armed with determination and loads of cleaning products to kill anything alive in your bathrooms and loos. All will sparkle and smell nice!

The Spiritual Growth Motorcycle Prize (£Depends upon your stage of Enlightenment, very possibly worthless)

A weekend to enjoy Mum’s Moto Guzzi 500cc vintage motorbike, Murphy (‘if it can go wrong, it will’). 

This superb machine, which sounds like the best kind of tractor (if and when he chooses to start), is held together with araldite and love and is probably better to listen to than to actually mount. In fact, if you do get astride Murph, your proper troubles are only about to start. Poorly turned out, endlessly dropping essential parts on the road, Murph has an excellent sense of humour and is a real cracker on one of his good days. 
To get the most out of this unusual prize you’ll need a clear diary, an absence of rush, and no sense of ambition. A full set of fireproof Kevlars is recommended.
