We help by providing assistance to people so that they can stay living independently, in their own homes. Our services include nursing, medication prompts, respite, home cleaning and gardening, shopping, transport, social support and more.
Our fundraising activities provide a stream of income that allows us to run special events throughout the year for our clients. Events include a wonderful Christmas Party, special outings and inter-generational programs. These events and programs ensure that our clients remain connected to their local community, and help to prevent feelings of isolation and loneliness.
With local offices in Harvey, Australind and Eaton, South West Community Care has been servicing the South West for over 30 years!
