At Russell Real Estate Services, we embrace the philosophy that being a good neighbor is more than just giving money to a worthy cause. It's About developing and investing in the communities in which we live and do business.  That's why we dedicate the proceeds from our Annual Golf Outing and Car Raffle to Make-A-Wish®. This is truly a privilege-funding the dreams of so many children to help make them become reality!

Children's past wishes have ranged from a bedroom makeover to a vacation to Walt Disney World or attending the Grammy Awards. One wish was to Audition in front of judges of The Voice! The thing about these amazing wishes is that it always involves the wish recipient’s whole family and medical support staff if needed. Who would want to go to Disney without their family?
 
It is one of the largest golf outing events of the season. It is so awesome to see REALTORS, Lenders, Warranty Companies, Title Companies and so many friends and families support this great cause. The generosity is tremendous-as all realize the money raised is going to make a real difference in the lives of so many children."

This marks the 23rd year of our Annual Golf Outing and third year we are giving away a car. All net proceeds from this event and the raffle are donated to Make-A-Wish®  (A portion of proceeds to go toward payment of prizes). In the last two years our events have raised over $220,000. Total donations to Make-A-Wish® from the past Russell Real Estate Services events are approximately $678,875. The average cost of a wish can be between $8,000 and $10,000, so please help us make this year’s donation the biggest one yet!

The Prizes

    ONE WINNER PER PRIZE CATEGORY
    FIRST PRIZE: NEW FORD Escape, Fusion or EcoSport (Winner's Choice)
    SECOND PRIZE: $500.00
    THIRD PRIZE: $100.00

    $20 for a chance to Win a New Ford Escape, Fusion or EcoSport provided by Liberty Ford Lincoln Vermilion. Winner may also select a $15,000 cash option.

    Disclaimer: The Raffle is open to any eligible person residing in any place where the Raffle is not prohibited by state, local or other laws. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older with a valid U.S drivers license and proof of auto insurance.

    Drawing: Winner will be determined by a random drawing of all eligible Raffle Tickets received by the entry deadlines.

    If 1,700 Tickets are not sold, there will be a 50/50 raffle drawing instead. 50% going to the winner and 50% going to Make-A-Wish.

    **Winner to assume all Taxes, Transfer, Conveyance Fees and any other Fees and/or Cost associated with the car.

    Car Raffle Ticket will be drawn at the Russell Real Estate Services Make-A-Wish Gold Outing and Fundraiser Dinner set for August 17th 2018. (Winner need not be present to win) Must purchase dinner ticket or golf outing ticket to be present.

    All net proceeds from this Raffle will go to Make-A-Wish ( A portion of the net proceeds to go towards payment of prize)

    All Ticket sales are final no refunds will be permitted.
