While we're just beginning this journey together as a company, some of you will take off like the most prized horse at the derby - others will struggle to find their stride and pace - and for some K's Tapestry may or may not be a fit. Only time will tell! So, to get us in the frame of mind for SUCCESS, K's Tapestry would like to see how many of it's incoming employees are willing to bet on themselves. To be honest - what I really want to know, is which of you is guaranteed to convert on a Hail Mary? When the chips are stacked against us,  in new client pitches and there's just 4 seconds left, with one possession standing in the way of the Chip - who will have what it takes, to take the shot? Because, all that counts is whether you win! It's true! Many great intellectuals have studied at the paramount of their academic careers, never to have obtained a college degree. Many athletes have invested countless hours on fields and courts, never to don a ring or make the coveted Hall Of Fame! Therefore, what K's knows with absolute certainty, is that the game is won by decision makers - doers - and converters. The time is now - and the only question that remains is whether -  when it counts, you're capable of making the decision that precedes the confetti, t-shirts, trophy and if you're fortunate - the parade - everything else is par for the course... we're well beyond putting. Will you go for the drive or put the game clenching shot in the hands of someone else? Are you suited for one small step for mankind and one giant leap for HUMANITY?
