I use a macronutrient approach when it comes to nutrition. This basically means that you can eat anything you want – as long as you meet your macronutrient and micronutrients at the end of the day.
I will help you determine your baseline needs and develop an individualized monthly plan based on your goals. I will monitor your progress over 4 weeks via weekly check-ins and make adjustments to your plan as needed. Available to any client whether you are local or not.
Custom Training Plan
We will discuss your training goals and develop an individualized training plan to help you achieve them including 8 1 hr sessions. Only for local clients.
