Emma is 14 yrs old. She has Severe Dilated Cardiomyopathy. She needs a Heart Transplant which she is not a candidate for.  My husband died several years ago at that point I had to sell the only home the kids have ever known. Emma always says "I Just want to go home". That was all I could hear after the decision was made. I am going to try to make her wish come true.
