The @Draftday_Jay Hair Raffle is to give three people the opportunity to receive  free unlimited  haircuts for a set period of time, which will be 6, 3, or 1 month...  first, second, and third  prize. The best thing about it is the cost per ticket is the cost of 1 child haircut. You can buy as many tickets as you would like.
