HarborWalk Village is giving away a brand new 2018 Harley-Davidson XG500- Street 500 Motorcycle! Make sure you enter the giveaway at one of our weekly summer events each Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday from Memorial Day through Labor Day down at HarborWalk Village! Winner will be drawn on Labor Day 2018!
A portion of the proceeds from the giveway will benefit the Special Olympics of Okaloosa County which provides year-round sports training and competition in 16 different sports to over 275 children and adults 8 years of age and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Okaloosa County.

Giveaway Rules:
The HarborWalk Village Harley-Davidson XG500- Street 500 giveway is being conducted by HarborWalk Village with a portion of the proceeds going to the Special Olympics of Okaloosa County.

Ticket purchaser must be 18 years of age or older to participate and must have a valid Social Security number.

There is no limit to the number of tickets one (1) may purchase.

HarborWalk Village & Emerald Grande employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

Giveaway tickets may be purchased for a recommended donation of $10 each. Tickets may be purchased with cash only. By IRS declaration, ticket purchases for valuable prizes are not eligible for charitable tax deductions.

Odds of winning are 1 : 1,500.

Tickets may be purchased by the following methods: In person at HarborWalk Village, 10 Harbor Blvd. Destin, FL 32541 on Memorial Day weekend, at events on Tuesdays, Thursdays an Saturdays throughout the summer and on Labor Day weekend.

All ticket purchases must be received with full payment no later than 12:01am on September 3, 2018 or before a total of 1,500 tickets have been sold, whichever comes first, to be entered into the giveaway. HarborWalk Village will not extend ticket sales beyond the current drawing date of September 3, 2018 at 12:00pm.

Prize: One prize will be given away. First Prize: 2018 Harley-Davidson XG500- Street 500 Motorcycle valued at $6,900.

Drawing will be held at HarborWalk Village on September 3, 2018. The winner will be determined by random drawing.

Winner will be notified via phone and email withing 7 days of the drawing and will be posted on the HarborWalk Village Facebook page.

If HarborWalk Village has not sold by 10:00pm on July 5, 2018, at least 500 valid tickets and received full payment therefore, HarborWalk Village may, at its sole and absolute discretion cancel the giveaway and withdraw the prize aforementioned or decide to delay the drawing until the minimum has been purchased. In such event, HarborWalk Village will refund in full all monies collected to all persons who made payment, if they do not want to participate in a delayed drawing or if the giveaway is canceled.

The prize winner is solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes, title, transfer fees, license duties, insurance, transportation and all expenses incurred in claiming the 2018 Harley-Davidson XG500- Street 500 motorcycle. The prize winner understand, acknowledges, and agrees that the winner is receiving a prize and will hereby release and discharge HarborWalk Village, and any additional sponsors, their employees, agents, officers, directors and legal representatives and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from or caused by the award of such prize, including, but not limited to the payment of any and all taxes that are due.

Prize must be claimed within 30 days of the drawing. Any unclaimed prize after that date will constitute forfeiture and be transferred to HarborWalk Village as a donation.

HarborWalk Village, its Board of Directors, and its agents assume no liability for lost, late, misplaced, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, or entries without payment which will be deemed invalid and disqualified.

The decisions and rules of HarborWalk Village are final on all matters concerning the giveaway.
