LIBERA IS A NONPROFIT THAT EMPOWERS AND HOLISTICALLY  DEVELOPS WEST VIRGINIA WOMEN AND TEEN GIRLS TO FIND THEIR FREEDOM. WE TRAVEL THE STATE IN OUR BUS AND HELP ALL WHO STRUGGLE WITH ANY BARRIERS, SUCH AS SHAME, ABUSE, ANXIETY, OR EVEN EVERYDAY PROBLEMS.

Proceeds from this raffle will help Libera convert and outfit our second bus as a mobile office and meeting space to travel the state and provide services for women and girls in need.

It will also provide much needed coaching for Libera staff to expand our services around the state of West Virginia.
