This year, New York Mortgage Coalition celebrates 25 years of work promoting homeownership. Created in 1993 through a shared vision by bankers concerned with community reinvestment and community wealth building, NYMC brought banks and nonprofit housing counseling agencies together to educate consumers about the process of homeownership and provided safe, affordable mortgages to low-, moderate- and middle-income families across the New York City metropolitan area.

As we look to the future, NYMC’s new vision endeavors to unify the field of affordable homeownership across New York state by helping lenders, funders, nonprofits, realtors, and policymakers work collaboratively to maximize equitable homeownership opportunities for the underserved.

Your participation helps us reach that goal as the funds generated through the raffle will help us facilitate trainings, collaborations and advocacy that will enable more families to realize the American Dream of homeownership.

The raffle will be available until 9PM, October 4th with no limited number of entries. The raffle winners will be randomly picked via Raffle Creator and will be contacted by NYMC staff to claim their prizes.

Thank you for your support of the work of the New York Mortgage Coalition. We seek to amplify our voice and impact in the field of affordable homeownership for many years to come and we could not do this without you.
