The 2018 fundraiser offers participants the chance to win a new car as our grand prize. The 1st Place winner wins a 2018 Mazda CX-5 | 2nd Place winner wins $1000 CASH Card | 3rd Place winner wins a 60 in. Smart TV. Our goal for 2018 is to raise $100,000.00. All proceeds will benefit the Van Courtlandt Foundation, a 501 c 3 charitable organization.
The Van Courtlandt Foundation is a nonprofit which was created by the Van Courtlandt Club in the recognition that society benefits from an educated citizenry. As the Van Courtlandt Club entered the 100th year of existence, it was felt by the membership that there must be a renewed commitment to provide support, particularly for those students where assistance has been elusive. The Foundation grants annually scholarships to qualifying youth to assist with the cost of higher education.
The purpose of the Van Courtlant Foundation is to provide assistance through Scholarship opportunities. It also, will aid in providing enhanced social skills; cultural awareness and exposure to business leaders through a mentoring process. To fund this effort, we seek and accept community support and contributions. To purchase a raffle ticket submit $50 for 1 ticket or $200 for a bundle of 5 tickets. There is no limit on the amount of tickets you can purchase.
