The 45th infantry Division Museum in Oklahoma City exists to collect, preserve, and display Militaria relative to the military history of the State of Oklahoma.
This fundraiser is being conducted to raise funds to support the 45th Infantry Division Museum Association, and by doing so provide indirect support to the veteran's and military history of the state of Oklahoma.
Eligibility, Validity and Other Requirements: Void where prohibited by law. Only individuals may enter.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Gun awarded as prize will be distributed through licensed FFL dealer and only in compliance with federal and state laws and applicable local ordinances. If a winner is ineligible to receive a prize under relevant state, federal or local laws and regulations the prize will be forfeited and no substitution will be provided. Any taxes, transfer fees, or other costs on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner to coordinate with FFL. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no prize substitution. FFL transfer fees and shipping cost to the winner’s designated licensed dealer are the responsibility of the winner. Winners will be notified by email. Winners will be referred to Black Label Armament, LLC for verification of eligibility and receipt of prize. If a winner fails to meet the eligibility requirements as determined by Black Label Armament, LLC the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. Entry constitutes consent for the use of the name of the winner. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible as charitable contributions and are considered donations to the Priesthood Plains Chapter MM.

Drawing will be held on November 11th, 2018 at Black Label Armament, LLC and winner will be notified by email, phone call, and winner will be announced on Facebook.
