Official Rules and Conditions of Entry
By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to be bound by these rules and terms. You First Foundation (16430 Park Ten Place, Houston, TX 77084) is conducting this raffle. Tickets will be sold for $20 each or $50 for three. A maximum of 6,000 tickets will be sold. Odds of winning are based on the number of raffle tickets purchased. Entrants can only win 1 prize. Drawing to be held October 25, 2021, at the annual You First Foundation golf event. Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a raffle ticket or claim a raffle prize. The winner cannot assign the prize to another person for any reason. Winners must reside in the state of Texas. You need not be present at the drawing to win. Board members of You First Foundation and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter the raffle. The winners will be determined by a random drawing of purchased tickets. Winners will have fourteen (14) days from the notification of winning to claim their prize. Winners will be notified via the contact information supplied during the ticket purchase. If winner fails to claim their prize within fourteen (14) days, for whatever reason, winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner can be selected.

*Prizes: The grand prize winner of the 2021 raffle can select one of the following three prizes: (1) a 2021 or 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Willys edition vehicle from a Finnegan Auto Group (“Finnegan”) dealership (year to be determined by Finnegan based on availability) (2) a credit from Finnegan of Forty-Thousand dollars ($40,000) in MSRP value to be used to purchase a vehicle from a Finnegan dealership, or (3) Twenty-Five Thousand dollars ($25,000) in VISA® gift cards. Second prize is a 65” Samsung Class Q70T QLED 4K UHD HDR Smart TV (2020) (valued at approximately $1,300 dollars). Third prize is a Traeger Pro Series 34 Pellet Grill (valued at approximately $700). Fourth prize is Five Hundred dollars ($500) in VISA® gift cards.
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, title, and license fees for the vehicle (if winner selects a vehicle for the grand prize) and is responsible for any and all income or other taxes in connection with winning a prize. You First Foundation reserves the right to determine eligibility of an entrant. Entrants deemed ineligible will forfeit winnings. Raffle is not sponsored, endorsed by, or associated with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Samsung Electronics, Trilantic Capital Partners, or Visa, Inc.
Prior to receipt of the prize and no later than December 31, 2021, winners must provide You First Foundation with a completed and signed IRS Form W-9 form. For prizes with a retail value of $600 or greater, at the time of the award presentation, You First Foundation will present the winner with a W-2G form, and will file a copy of the form with the IRS.
As a condition of being awarded a prize, winners will be required to sign an Authorization and Release for Use of Image, Voice, or Likeness (“the Release”) and must show a current / valid photo identification to claim their prize. You First Foundation reserves the right to require additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding any prize based on the identification presented. If the winner fails to submit the Release, winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining entries. The Release will also allow You First Foundation to share the winners’ name, voice, recording, video appears, and photo likeness for any and all marketing and publicity purposes as it may deem desirable to communicate the winners of the raffle and future raffles.
BY ENTERING THE YOU FIRST FOUNDATION’S RAFFLE, EACH ENTRANT RELEASES YOU FIRST FOUNDATION, ITS BOARD MEMBERS, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY’S FEES) CAUSED BY PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE OR WINNING ANY PRIZE OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, AND EACH WINNER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD YOU FIRST FOUNDATION HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE OR THE WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. A RAFFLE ENTRANT’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM AGAINST YOU FIRST FOUNDATION ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OF TICKETS OR THE CONDUCT OF THE RAFFLE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE RETURN OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THEIR TICKET(S). IN NO EVENT SHALL YOU FIRST FOUNDATION, ITS BOARD MEMBERS, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OR PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
