Welcome to the fundraising raffle campaign for Fred Scott, VACAPAF President 2019. I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation for supporting my F.R.E.D. platform. Serving as a collaborative and shared leadership is important to me in guiding and charting a blueprint for the next generation of VACAPAF. My goal for running for this office is to make a difference, take action, work together, and get results.
