......ever since my wife had cancer in Biloxi , Ms.   We discovered help for cancer patients is very scarce in the SOUTH. That is a very sad issue.  If your not living in a big city...like Chicago or New York...some cancer centers will not help you at all.  My purpose of this RAFFLE is not to raised money to cure cancer....we don't even have a cure for the common cold....my purpose is....to help provide assistance to those living with the deadly disease.  Helping with things like utility bills, rent, food vouchers, and transportation too and from chemo appointments.
