Rules: Must purchace at least one entry to be eligible. By purchasing raffle entry participant agrees to the following;
Upon winning participant must notify Justin Cox via Direct Message by Facebook or Text 8144709545 within 72 hours of drawing to officially claim prize and schedule appointment. Participant also agrees to travel to the artist located in Pottstown, PA (without exception). Finally, participants agree to. the filming or photographing of tattoo/ tattoo application for documentation that all prizes were received.
